Terms of service

Luvano Store sells physical gift mugs. Each mug costs $9.99 USD. Mug purchases are one-time orders: there is no subscription or automatic renewal for a mug. The total shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown in the Shopify checkout before you pay. Your order confirmation lists what you bought and what you were charged.

If an item cannot be supplied, or a material price or description error affects your order, we will contact you and offer a correction or cancellation with a full refund. We do not substitute an item or charge an additional amount without your agreement. Shipping and returns follow the terms above.

The seller's full Terms of Service apply to purchases completed through its Shopify checkout. Those terms discuss other Luvano products and optional app memberships; no app membership is included with these mugs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
